About Karla
My path in yoga started when I was 16 years old, then we separated for a while and reunited 5 years ago, since then my practice was constant and I wanted to feel more, reunite and reconnect my mind, body and spirit. Yoga comes from the Sanskrit root "Yug" which means union, but within my practice I understood that it is not union, we are not separate, we are complete, full, for me Yoga is ... to see myself reflected in others, to find myself in the other is to see the connection that exists between another being and my being. June 2019 -March 2019 200hr Yoga Teacher Trainning endorsed by Yoga Alliance US Face-to-face classes in Sukhavati Yoga (currently closed by Covid-19) Present: 300 hours YTT and Online Classes (in CDMX we are still quarantined by Covid-19) Why practice yoga? My teacher taught me that Yoga is the noblest practice that exists, so much so that everyone can practice it, it has 5 methods and there are more than 20 styles of yoga. Not needing to be extremely flexible, or strong, you need to want to do yoga. My goal in yoga teaching / practice is to show you that the only guru / guide you need is inside you, with creative sequences, sometimes soft but that permeate the subtlest layer in our being, or you practice fluid and dynamic to start your week and give you the punch we need sometimes to raise our energy, or restorative sleep practices. I want to share everything I have learned and continue to grow personally and spiritually in the "Kula" community. Your body is perfect, you are perfect and every day you give the best of yourself, and so it is! From my heart to your heart NAMASTE!

Llevo tomando clase con Karla por un año aproximadamente y en este tiempo sin duda alguna mis habilidades en el idioma han mejorado muchísimo, tengo mejor comprensión del idioma al escucharlo y escribirlo y lo hablo de forma más fluida. Karla es muy paciente y se enfoca en tu forma de aprendizaje por lo que hace que las clases de verdad sean dirigidas a ti, es muy dinámica y proactiva por lo que las clases son muy amenas, si tienes dudas se enfoca en dejar las cosas muy claras brindando ejemplos de la vida cotidiana y proporcionándote ejercicios que te facilitan comprender las cosas, es una profesora 100% recomendable.
Karla es una maestra paciente y te genera confianza , es fácil aprender con su técnica de enseñanza. Es divertida y comprometida .
