About Paris
I have no academic experience as a personal development coach. However, using my knowledge and life experience, I help those around me to be the best versions of themselves. I am very open minded and do not discriminate. Whatever you are going through, you can grow through. Mental health is very close and important to me. I am here to help you through dark times and to open your eyes to another perspective. I am based in London and don't mind travelling to surrounding areas but there will be an extra charge to cover expenses.

My approach is simply: love, acceptance and cleansing.
I will ask of you to tell me what you love in life. What you accept about your life and what you believe needs cleansing in your life.
With this information it will really help you to see things from a different perspective and help me to understand where you are in life. Using these answers we will work on them together and eventually progress deeper into your being and awareness of self, which will ultimately lead to your healing.
