I have years of experience in Human Resources and training on the grassroots level. My experience as a Financial Advisor and qualifications in both fields has improved my knowledge, skills and ability to transfer that to people.

Knowledge is not power. Applied knowledge is power. Having the ability to apply what you learn and transfer that knowledge so that other people can learn and apply it is more valuable than people with many degrees who cannot transfer the skill to apply that knowledge.
My method is based on personal research of how people learn and apply what they have learned.
In my lessons, I teach new vocabulary, how to apply it in everyday situations and how the student must use it to become a pro using the language for effective communication.
From the first few lessons, I identify the students' challenges like grammar, Phrasal verb usage etc.
I focus on students reading aloud and hearing themselves.
