About Matt
My name is Matt and I have been teaching and coaching since 2016! I started out on the gym floor and teaching group exercise classes, to then move on to 1-1 personal training where I coached clients for fat loss, muscle gain, cardio fitness and performance. Whether you're looking to shed some fat, build some strength, or get a new PB in your next race, it would be my privilege to coach you!
Fitness has not always been my passion. I remember in school writing myself notes so I wouldn't have to do PE... But then I found the gym and I fell in love with it. Not everyone is going to love the gym but I do believe there's something for everyone, we just have to find it, and make fitness more enjoyable!
