About Zenia
Hi! I’m Zenia - the founder of Elementals Wellbeing, a qualified yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance, trained in India and Holistic Women’s Health Coach. I integrate yoga, breathwork and Ayurvedic wisdom into the reality of a busy modern woman’s life, informed by both professional training and my own lived experience of emotional overwhelm and hormonal imbalance, including PCOS.

These 75 min sessions are ideal for women experiencing stress, burnout, fatigue, anxiety, hormonal imbalance (including PCOS), nervous system dysregulation, or those seeking deeper rest and mind-body reconnection. Each session is adapted to how you’re feeling on the day and may include combinations of: • Gentle yoga • Breathwork for nervous system regulation • Guided meditation and deep relaxation • Practical Ayurvedic tools for everyday life
