About Preeti
I'm an accomplished yoga teacher known for creating balanced, mindful, and accessible classes. I have helped heal via Yoga Therapy. I teach both domestic and international students online. I share my knowledge because Yoga changed the way I live, not just the way I move. What I gained through consistent practice—clarity, stability, and self-understanding—felt incomplete until I could help others experience the same shift. Teaching allows me to pass the correct knowledge of what was once given to me, keeping the practice alive through real experience rather than theory alone.

My approach to Yoga is a holistic practice that integrates body, breath, and awareness to lead a mindful life. I share knowledge in a clear, practical, and accessible way with form corrections and theoretical importance. I specifically follow these principles when it comes to guidance and healing. Therapeutic / Alignment-Based I prioritize joint safety and anatomical alignment Use props and modifications for injury-aware practice I build strength and mobility progressively Focus on breath to support nervous system regulation Traditional / Classical Teach asana with breath awareness and discipline Integrate pranayama and basic yogic principles I emphasize steadiness, balance, and mindful repetition Respect individual limits while maintaining structure Flow-Based / Modern Link movement with breath in smooth, intentional sequences Focus on strength, flexibility, and body awareness Offer layered options to adapt intensity Encourage fluidity, focus, and presence
