About Lydia
With a background in the performance arts, I moved into teaching Movement to Actors two decades ago. Transitioning into Yoga was an inevitable progression. I was craving the meditative and spiritual aspect that Yoga provides. I have been teaching Kundalini Yoga for over 15 years… preferring a more tailored, personal approach, I am now offering 1:1’s from my home on Zoom.
