I have over 30 years of experience working as a professional musician in three primary areas that include choir/band director, published songwriter, and music teacher of large/small ensembles and private lessons.
My approach is friendly and encouraging with a goal of helping you become the best musician in your area of passion and skill.

I work with emerging talent and seasoned musicians as well.
My background includes a BA in music (voice and composition) as well as over 30 years working as a choir and band director and published songwriter.
A typical lesson plan will vary but usually includes both verbal instruction as well as hands-on effort from the student.
