Understanding what the student wants
Practicality and affection both hand in hand are extremely important for learning. Every student whatsoever is confused or overconfident at some or the other stage.. looking for a mentor or a guide to help him through that difficult stage. Building a rapport with the student .. in which he confides in the faculty and shares every bit helps both in curriculum and personal growth .
My methodology is CREATIVITY. You can learn everything when it's fun.
If you cannot IMAGINE the story dictated .. that means you dony connect with the story.. hence no interest. It's all imagination and creativity that helps us DREAM.

In my career since 2014 I have observed students ( no age limit) have been struggling with anxiety disorders.. depression in some cases. ( reasons not only education but also related to personal growth)
