About Valie
Hello everyone! My name is Valie (pronounced 'valley') and I am from a country called the Seychelles. I recently graduated from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada with a degree in Creative Writing and Applied Animal Biology. I have experience in many different fields and areas of study and am excited to share those experiences with my students. I have experiences in, and am hoping to teach French! I can help you learn or practice French. Raised in a French speaking country and having been in a French school till the age of 15, I am very excited to continue practicing my language with you. My teaching methodology revolves around you: whatever you want to learn or focus on I am happy to work with you to create a lesson plan! I am happy to focus on any area of study. My lessons and plans are mostly geared towards beginner to intermediate learners (whether in school or university) although I am always happy to help people better their skills in the language regardless of your level.
