About Francisco
I’m Francisco Ontivero, a trained Oenologist with over 15 years of experience in the wine industry and education. I’ve taught Oenology, Wine Chemistry, and Wine Culture in universities and institutes, and worked across wineries, restaurants, and international vineyards. My teaching style is clear, friendly, and practical, helping students of all levels understand wine with confidence. Passionate about sharing knowledge, I combine academic expertise with real-world experience to make the world of wine accessible and enjoyable for everyone.

Are you curious about wine but don’t know where to start? I offer friendly, accessible lessons for anyone who wants to understand and enjoy wine without complications. No previous knowledge needed — just curiosity!

How the classes work:
Each lesson combines theory and practice, so you learn concepts and immediately apply them through guided tasting.
A 1.5-hour class per week is ideal to progress steadily and build solid wine knowledge.
