The Usual Structure of a Class
Each of my fitness training sessions follows a structured approach to ensure maximum efficiency and safety while keeping it engaging for the participants. The standard session includes:
Warm-up (10-15 minutes)
Dynamic stretching
Joint mobility exercises
Light cardio to increase heart rate
Main Workout (30-40 minutes)Depending on the fitness level and goal of the participant, I incorporate:
Strength training (bodyweight, resistance bands, dumbbells, etc.)
Functional fitness exercises
Cardiovascular endurance drills
Flexibility and mobility work
Cool-down & Stretching (10-15 minutes)
Static stretching
Breathing exercises
Muscle relaxation techniques
