My teaching method is entirely student oriented. I don't have fixed do's and donts'. While studying,I faced so many problems,some related to subjects Nd others pertaining to the methods of teaching. I understand and analyse a student instead of imposing any lesson on them. I believe being friendly to them and giving them adequate liberty so that they can clearly tell whether they are understanding or not is essential . I am practical plus so much understanding . There are so many students I am teaching currently who failed their 11th standards and joined me.. I groom them by motivating them and by boosting their self confidence and I can proudly say,"I have made so many toppers".
