About Logan
I was an on campus tutor for 3 years. It was awesome to teach numerous people on subjects that I found exciting. Tutoring multiple students a day tends to add up so I honestly have no idea how many students I have tutored. I remember students coming to me after passing classes that they worked hard on with me. It is a great feeling to know that you helped someone learn a subject in an area that they believed was there weak subject. I plan on going to graduate school and would love to teach students for a living.

While tutoring at the college I attended. I had many methods on getting the material across to the students. One way is to show an example to the student with each step explained. Other methods would be to relate what the students are going over now and how it relates to something learned in a previous course. As an example calculus is related to trigonometry and algebra. meaning that material from both trigonometry and algebra are used to build the foundation of what is calculus. I believe that students need to see many ways on how material is presented so as another way I like to show how some of the material would be used in the real world.
