About Paul
I have worked in several fields mental health and support with adults and children I have been security staff a warehouse worker a singer songwriter and an actor very well rounded person all in all!! I have also battled depression eating disorders and many other mental health issues, I know life is tough but with guidance and support all the way it could be so much easier for you!

My methods are somewhat mad! I'm an easy going guy there is no pressure on you what so ever! The whole process starts with a consultation I ask yp a few questions get a feel for what kind of person you are and then we progress on you will have told me what you want from this process and I will try and create a plan of action to implement the things you want to achieve I will help with confidence and flexibility so that you can achieve everything you dream of and yes its possible! The right attitude can change everything! But I'm a friendly and approachable guy so please don't hesitate to contact me.

Details
The initial consultation fee is £10 pounds the depending on what it is we need to do it can reach 20 per session I would ideally like to get at least 2 sessions a month with each client but some will require more or less so it is highly dependent on that also travel may be a factor if I am meeting the client in person Prices may vary depending on the consultation.
