About Karen
Karen graduated from The Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts in 2020 and since then has done shows such as 'The Phantom of the Opera' and 'Standing at the Sky's Edge' in the West End, as well as various concerts in London, regionally and in New York City.
Karen loves to teach singing to others with an interest in the art form, her approach is kind, encouraging, engaging and enables her students to achieve their goals.

Karen offers various sessions tailored to whatever the client is looking for:
Singing Coaching - technical lessons where we will work on all kinds of techniques to keep the voice as balanced as we can up and down the range.
Repertoire Sessions - we'll look at songs you know and what other pieces we both think would be good choices for your voice from all kinds of genres; Musical Theatre, Jazz, Pop and more!
Acting Through Song Sessions - where we'll look behind the melody together and focus on bringing more depth to your performance. A great way to develop character and style within your chosen material.
Whether you're trying out singing for the first time outside of your shower, you're auditioning for drama schools and need a guiding hand, or you're a seasoned pro who just wants to check in and keep things going, Karen's approach is kind, encouraging, engaging and all about wanting the student to achieve their goals!
