About Jo
Wellness lifestyle is my pride
I worked in business operations in hotel and customer experience for 22 years but did my daily workouts, that’s the passion that made me a coach.
With work, travel, fun moments, festivals I don’t miss my health and fitness thoughts . I twist and fit my routine to the space I have. I work, studied PhD at the age of 50 and innovate new learnings of fitness. I process my eating, fitness daily with conscious habits. In fact I surprise and fill fun in my daily life with unique styles. I have been on my first trek to Kilimanjaro summit, ,certified in yoga , pilate, Zumba in my forties only to transfer the health of lovely aspirants in my life like I did mine.
I write wellness lifestyle blogs, make short videos on YouTube of fitness anytime anywhere. To transfer my learnings to as far as I can.

Start from where you are whether it’s slow moves, stabilise thoughts, good deep sleep to high energy and challenge your own self as a thrill.
My classes are never the same.
I start with talking your current state of mind and body.
And then we do customised flow aiming to practice, yoga or meditation or lymph drain facial and chest yoga.
We add surprisingly engagements as a pillow, wall, chair, towel yoga. All these assist the body in new ways , look simple but touch deep within the need and attain recharged life’s energy.
