About Annie
I am a Primary School Teacher of several decades, working in all subjects primarily with KS2.
I have also been a Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher for over twenty years and in that time have also developed my wellness and health, diet and fitness coaching practice.

Don’t let anyone, including those voices in your head, discourage you from becoming your best, most authentic version of you.
