About Shane
I have been an EFL teacher for 5 years and have taught in Austria, Cambodia and South Korea. I have taught classes of 6-30 people and also did one on one tutoring after school. I am experienced in teaching ages 6-60. I have taught multiple subjects such as Maths, PE, Health and geography. However, I specialise in teaching phonics and grammar.

My teaching method is based around building a rapport with students and gauging what interests them. I have found success in adapting my grammar classes to students interests that are engaging and immersive to students. I like to incorporate more real-world conversation into my lessons so that's students feel comfortable speaking in certain situations outside of the classroom.
