About Sripriya R
At Gurukulam School, taught yoga and meditation techniques to a selected group of
students thereby enabling them to focus better and achieve their full potential.
This was reflected in their much improved academic performance
• .Helped an overweight school girl to reduce10 kgs in a month through the practice of
Yoga mudra.
• Helped a Middle aged Diabetic women to work again, who is a tailor by profession who was
not even able to lift a small objects with her hands, doctors also had given up hope. This was
made possible by my expertise in yoga and acupressure massage.
• A lady who suffered from stroke and was bedridden for a year because of increased
sugar levels, improved progressively under my care and could walk again within two
months.
• A women suffered with back and knee pain who never sat in the floor for more than 10 years,
with my guidance I made her to sit down normally with confidence.
• I cured a PCOD patient who got her pregnancy within 3 months for which she was waiting for
two years before coming to me

Under the tutelage of my Gurus, Shri Vedhathri Maharishi of Sky Yoga and Swami Sathyanandha
Saraswathy of the Bihar School of Yoga, I have learnt the basic tenets of Yoga.
I channelize the methodology learnt from both of these schools and present a great learning
experience for my students. My classes revolve around physical Exercises, Asanas, Mudras,
Pranayama, Meditation and movements aimed at harnessing cosmic forces to enrich individual and
collective lives. I believe in living in harmony with the universe and I am a great believer in the power
of positive thinking, Passionate about health and well-being.
I am also using the techniques of Pranic healing, Verma techniques & Accupreasure to heal my
subjects
