About Maud

I am a dedicated Flute tutor with 10 years of teaching experience, offering lessons to school students, college learners, and working professionals. Teaching music has been a rewarding journey where I have helped students grow musically and personally.

My teaching philosophy is based on simplicity, consistency, and encouragement. I believe that music learning should be clear and well-structured without pressure. I design lessons according to each student’s level, interest, and learning speed.

Students in my flute classes learn breath control, tone development, finger techniques, rhythm, and musical flow. I also include basic music theory, reading skills, and listening exercises to build a strong foundation. Advanced students receive guidance in performance skills and musical expression.

One of my proud achievements is seeing students gain confidence and perform at school events, college programmes, and music evaluations. Many learners who started as beginners have developed strong technical skills and a deeper love for music.

I believe a good teacher inspires as much as they instruct. I motivate students to practice regularly, set realistic goals, and enjoy the learning process. My aim is to create confident flute players who appreciate music and carry these skills throughout their lives.

About the lesson

I approach flute teaching with a focus on clarity, understanding, and practical application. Real-life examples and case studies form a key part of my lessons, helping students see the relevance of concepts in actual musical situations. Understanding each student’s learning style allows me to tailor lessons for maximum progress.
