Who Am I?
Hi, I’m Dalila! I am a professional based in Kuala Lumpur with over 10 years of experience in high-intensity, customer-facing industries, including years as international airline cabin crew and in premier customer service roles. My entire career has been built on communication, emotional intelligence, and helping people from all walks of life feel safe, comfortable, and understood. I love meeting people from around the globe, exploring new cultures, and sharing the warmth of Malaysian hospitality.
Why I Want To Teach?
Having traveled extensively and interacted with thousands of international travelers and expats, I know exactly how isolating it can feel when you can't seamlessly connect with the local community. I want to teach Malay because I want to bridge that gap for you. For me, teaching isn't about lecturing from a textbook; it’s about giving you the practical tools and local confidence to navigate KL like a true local, protect your peace while living abroad, and truly fall in love with Malaysia. I’m here to be your supportive guide, your sounding board, and your ultimate local insider!
