I like teaching others because it's something that makes me glad. I generally like to teach students by giving them more practical tests because a subject like IT is supposed to be approached in a practical manner. I am personally co-operative and can adjust to my students' knowledge just to make them better. At the end of most lectures I give assignments to my students to improve their knowledge and keep in touch with the subject.
