As a person who often communicate with teenagers, I enjoy to get along with them. Especially that when I can see they can really understand the concept and handle the problems they could not do before. I feel exciting for the growth of the students. In my teaching experience, I think the most important point is let the student understand the concept so that they know what they are doing, rather than just remember the formula and methods. Therefore in my lesson, students can expect they would touch much of different types of questions to stimulate their thinking. I think such critical thinking type of teaching method is the most appropriate to the teenage group of students. And also, I would often take some thinking method example from daily life to make the student think that the concept is reasonable and easy to accept. Most of my former students can clear their concept by such teaching method then feel maths is easier than before.
