When I started to learn English speaking I was always afraid of grammar but as there's a quote by Rumi, " As you start to walk on the way, the way appears". Same goes with every aspect of life what ever it is, so never afraid of starting because your one step will lead you to your destination. That's why never afraid of grammar it'll improve naturally just keep focus on speaking and thinking of everything in English in mind.
