My name is Lauren, and currently reside in SE London UK. I have a background in therapy within the private sector and have formal qualifications in psychology (BSc and MSc). I offer remote sessions evenings and weekends, weekly or bi-weekly sessions.

Details
I can offer mindfulness sessions or added 30 min session in mindfulness at the end of each coaching session. (£50 50 mins/£30 30 mins) I am able to offer self-compassion sessions at extra cost (+£20) I am able to offer supportive sessions to newly graduated students in psychology, or new Assistant Psychologists (£15 50mins).
