• Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?

  Today era is very simple! The human should possess knowledge to learn the things in his way, explore them, experiment them and finally evaluate them. So their brains are capable of doing multiple things being as technocrat in Aerospace and Defense industry. I have developed and find problems in multiple fields because of the communication and deliverables, Majority of us fail in Developing product, Understanding team, Learning from your experiences and unlearning from our previous actions so we would be successful that's how the subjects i teach students are not only technical it should be more of creating values in their daily lives.

• 2. What or who is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?

  Teaching has been my passion since childhood. It's my passion which made me today where I am and what I am doing and I always love and will contribute my experience whenever the opportunity comes in as I believe the truth of knowledge is only to share and create wisdom to other beings.

• How does your work help society?

  My work helps society in multiple ways as I am a teacher by passion who understands real time ground level problems and I know what to address when to address and whom to address, so this way my all fellow beings understand the value of individuals, society, nations and the world.

• If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?

  I believe in one thing role model is nothing to deal with, you can inspire anyone by being or acting as them you always can be aspired to great being that's what we need to believe in, end of the day we need to understand what legacy we have created in world how we came to this planet and what impact we have created before we leave this place that's were i see and only know i quote "One should be One's role model".

• Tell us about your hobbies outside teaching.

  My hobbies are travelling solo, watching series, badminton and spending time with puppies.

• 6. Do you have an anecdote to tell us about your student or professional life?

  I have it in my student life which gives me hope in my life and always has been a great inspiration.
  
  Me and my bestie graduated from 12th class it was time we need to move to engineering life and I was tutoring students in front of my home with 10 people, as my mentor told me Narasimha this is the first challenge of your life these tutorial has 10 students, I will give you complete control of tutoring and appointing teachers now it's your duty to give this tutorial to run successfully with 100+ students. I had a word with my friend and called him to home told about scenario he understood the challenge quite well we started working hard day by day and growing our name in the nearby areas, the day came when we took our first salary it was 400 rs/- only, we thought this isn't enough we need to make more to support our families and ourselves than we started conducting several programs and we withdrawn a salary at last from same tutorial of 5000, and our student enrollment was 150.
  
  That's where we understand how we can be the leader. Thinking out of the box makes things happen, for me always I will believe in what to do? When to do it? where to do?.
