I am an English graduate and I have studied and done a lot of research on mental health and well-being. I have struggled with anxiety, stress and insecurities for a long time and I want to be able to help other people who can relate and create a safe environment for them to share their concerns.

My teaching method is simply communication. Communicating your feelings and voicing out your thoughts is the first step toward healing. I intend to use this method of teaching and also infuse self love and confidence into my students so they feel comfortable in their own flaws and rise above them.
