About Jamie
I am currently going into University this year, and I have had almost 5 years of experience with music, as a student + teaching! Throughout my years as a music student, I took part in numerous choirs, gained experience in music composition and performing. I have also been teaching beginner/intermediate vocal lessons for over a year, covering through techniques and putting it into practice.

Every person's voice is unique to its own, and I want to make sure to bring out your talent to its full potential as best as I can!
Aside from doing a proper introduction and understanding your goals and needs, I typically start off each lesson with a proper warm-up, and then work on developing a good foundation for your own voice by going through musical aspects such as breath support & breath control, vocal phrasing, intonation, etc.
After going through your favorite song, I also love picking out a song that might be out of the singer's comfort zone or a genre that they're not used to just for fun since who doesn't love a challenge?
