About Meredith
I am a trained vocalist and UL music graduate with years of experience in both performance and teaching. I have studied voice for most of my life and have developed a wide range from B2 to D6, with a strong, powerful belt and solid control across styles.
I have performed live many times with bands and have experience on stage in a variety of settings. My background also includes All-State Choir in high school, participation in CYT, and multiple semesters in the UL Chamber Choir in college. In addition to vocals, I have a background in piano and bass and competed in the National Piano Guild where I placed "Superior" in my ranking many if not all times I competed.
Alongside music, I work in photography and social media management, which has given me a strong understanding of branding, performance presence, and how artists present themselves both on and off stage.
I am a powerhouse vocalist, and my goal is to help my students build that same strength, confidence, and control in their own voices while developing solid, healthy technique they can rely on.

My lessons are structured to be both effective and engaging. We always start with vocal warmups to build healthy technique, expand range, and get your voice ready to sing.
From there, I teach technique through real songs instead of repetitive exercises. You will still learn breath control, pitch accuracy, tone, and power, but everything is applied directly to music you enjoy. This keeps lessons fun while also helping train your ear, improve musicality, and build real performance skills.
I tailor each lesson to your voice, goals, and experience level, whether you are a beginner or more advanced.
After each lesson, I will send a recap of what we covered along with specific notes on what to practice before the next session so you always know exactly how to improve.
