About Vlasta

Hi! I’m Vlasta, a 2nd year kinesiology student at York University with a strong academic background in biology and human anatomy. I’ve worked closely with clients in wellness and health-related settings, and now I’m here to help students succeed—whether you're in Grade 11, 12, or first-year university.

About the lesson
