About Magaly
I use art to imagine a wide range of possibilities and stories. I like the idea of creating stories where we can relate, I play between the familiar and the strange/unknown. I believe that only by listening to our community can we achieve a deep understanding of humanity, the interaction with my community and my teaching practice allows me to create art that reflects on the world we live in.
Using art as a powerful tool for education and as a way to imagine a better future. I see art as a social act rather than as an individual practice.
