About Juan Manuel
I took my first violin lesson at 8 and gave my first violin lesson at 12, I've been teaching for over 10 years but I've never stopped being a student myself. "If you teach it, you learn it twice" so that's what I do. and so far, I've taught over 50 students.
I am from Venezuela and at Venezuela's El Sistema is where I grew up playing the violin; started when I was 6 playing the recorder and at 21 I was in the violin section of the best orchestra in the country. Right now I am a student at Rowan University and this is my third consecutive year as the concertmaster of the Rowan University Orchestra.

My teaching methods vary depending on the student but all of them focus on the same goal which is to develop technique, sound, musicianship, and artistry; that will make you a good violinist and musician overall.
These methods I teach are very easy to find online so you won't have to worry about purchasing books or anything.
