About Ophelia

My love for violin began through orchestral performances and classical music studies during my early education. I completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Classical Violin Performance and have spent the last 5 years helping students strengthen musical confidence through supportive teaching and structured learning methods.

I enjoy adapting lessons according to musical interests, confidence level, and individual learning style. Some students improve through technical repetition and focused exercises, while others benefit more from listening activities and expressive interpretation. My teaching style focuses on patience, encouragement, and balanced musical development.

Outside teaching, I enjoy chamber music, studying violin repertoire, and exploring modern string arrangements. Staying active in music helps me introduce fresh ideas into lessons. Teaching violin is rewarding because I enjoy helping students express confidence and emotion through music.

About the lesson

My violin lessons focus on helping students improve technical ability while developing emotional expression and musical confidence. I teach bow control, intonation, posture, rhythm accuracy, finger placement, vibrato, and expressive phrasing through practical exercises that make learning smooth and rewarding. Lessons are calm, encouraging, and designed for steady improvement.

Beginners improve through open string exercises, rhythm activities, and simple melodies that gradually strengthen coordination and tone quality. Intermediate learners develop stronger bow consistency, finger precision, and musical interpretation through guided repertoire and technical practice. Advanced students focus on expressive performance, advanced techniques, and polished stage preparation through detailed musical study.

I encourage students to enjoy learning naturally instead of becoming discouraged by technical mistakes. Lessons support confidence, creativity, and personal expression while helping learners improve comfortably. My goal is to help students become expressive, technically strong, and emotionally connected violin players.
