About Lena
I have 11 years of teaching experience and hold a PhD in Violin Pedagogy. Throughout my career, I have worked with students of various ages and skill levels, helping them develop both technical ability and musical confidence. Teaching remains one of the most fulfilling parts of my professional life.
My approach combines discipline, patience, and encouragement. I help students build reliable skills while also developing creativity and personal expression. Every learner receives guidance tailored to their individual strengths and goals.
Watching students grow into capable musicians is incredibly rewarding. I enjoy helping learners overcome challenges and discover their musical potential. My aim is to create an environment where students can thrive and enjoy the journey of learning violin.

My violin lessons focus on building strong technical foundations while developing musical expression. Students work on bow control, finger accuracy, tone production, rhythm stability, posture, and phrasing through carefully planned exercises. Every lesson encourages steady growth and confidence.
I incorporate scale practice, tone studies, rhythm drills, listening activities, and performance preparation techniques. These activities help learners improve consistency while gaining a deeper understanding of music. Progress is supported through patient instruction and practical guidance.
Lessons are adapted to each student's experience and goals. Whether someone is learning for personal enjoyment, examinations, or performances, I provide structured support throughout the process. My goal is to help learners become confident and expressive violinists.
