About Joyce
Precision and discipline define my teaching character, though I admit that finding the right balance for young beginners is a constant, rewarding challenge. After completing my Master of Music at The Juilliard School, I transitioned from playing in youth symphonies and chamber ensembles to full-time instruction. I focus on EAR TRAINING and INTONATION to build a strong foundation for every student. Working with young children is a joy, and I am happy to guide your little musician on this journey.

My Juilliard background informs how I teach double stops. You will receive custom scale and etude sheets for each student. I prioritize clarity in every movement. This is how we begin our musical path together."
