About Lehkha

I just finished my undergraduate studies to become a veterinarian as per my interest and I am currently taking a short break before I set foot into my work life and my exciting journey as a veterinarian. Hence, I am currently teaching students in need of assistance in science/biology/ Chess for beginners to provide me with some income in the interim.

I would be a good tutor as I have a deep understanding and a great passion for science, biology and chess. As a fresh veterinary graduate I poses a broad and vast understanding of a variety of topics in science and biology which I could deliver to students who are in need of help comprehending these subjects. I am patient, adaptable, reliable, goal oriented and most importantly fun! With my help, you too can learn to love science to understand the world around us better!

About the lesson

My approach to tutoring is centered on active and inquiry based learning with technology integration. Students can provide me the specific topics they need assistance with and I can teach them that topic and even offer quizzes or flashcards or even short notes if available that aid their understanding.

I plan to make the topics covered :
- directly applicable to real world situations (practical)
- Create a good comprehension of the basics in science and biology
- Cultivating an interest in students to be curious about the topics learnt (teach how to self study)
- Teach easy memory boosting techniques

- Topics covered and duration of a lesson can be discussed (flexible according to students needs).
- Lessons should be preferably online.

Qualifications/experience:
I have just completed my 5 year undergraduate studies in Veterinary Medicine and understand how it can be overwhelming for students to digest a large amount of information all at once. It is important to make learning as enjoyable and fun as possible. Fun = Better Memory!

Therefore I shall help breakdown that large amount of information into understandable little chunks for you.

Teaching and learning alongside my peers have given me the experience I need to present facts and knowledge in a precise and succinct manner for easy understanding.

I also have some experience teaching primary school students in my free time. My lessons are catered to any students under the age of 17, seeking help in science and biology. Primary (Science) and Secondary (Biology and Science) students are welcomed.
