About Maloy

A senior Information Technology leader with extensive experience across multiple domains, including Business Intelligence, Technology, Finance, Retail, Service and Education. Owning global transformation programs for E-Commerce, CRM, and Learning Management with Data Center Migration in Agile, hybrid and Cloud environments.

Spearheaded the end-to-end life cycle of enterprise-wide process improvements, covering development, operations, service assurance, delivery, governance, audit, vendor management and compliance areas.

I applied organizational vision to increase efficiency while coordinating with stakeholders, sponsors, C-level executives, Partners and vendors within horizontal, vertical, and matrix global environments.

In the past years, I played several different roles including program management lead at Election Canada, Fidelity, HP, Microsoft, Capgemini, CIBC, Loblaws and Delivery lead for Scotia Bank.
