I have over 15 years experience as a teacher, and I have a BA in Early Childhood Education as well as an MA Ed with a focus in Curriculum, Instruction, and assessment. As your tutor I have the benefit of focusing entirely on your academic needs, and am able to support support and assist you through engaging lessons tailored with your learning style in mind.

I have taught students in almost every grade, with many different learning needs and styles. I also have four children of my own, so I am familiar with curriculum goals and benchmarks for most grade levels. I also understand how frustrating and disheartening it can be to struggle with coursework that seems easy for someone else. My goals are to listen to your concerns and understand your academic needs, so that I can meet you wherever your at in your academic journey and walk with you through the process of improving your mastery of necessary skills and concepts.
