About Laura
I am an early childhood expert with a B.A, M.A and Ph.D in early childhood education and PG Cert in Higher Education; a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy; and have over 11 years' experience of working in higher education. Prior to being an academic, I worked in a range of fields including as an early childhood practitioner/nanny and academic skills tutor.
I am thrilled to say that I have recently been nominated for a Vice Chancellor's award for Best Lecturer. An excerpt from the nomination says:
