About Sam
Hey there,
I'm Sam. I am a diligent, determined student from Melbourne, Australia looking to help people achieve their best. I am currently studying Year 12 Chemistry and Physics, as well as Year 11 Mathematical Methods and Specialist Maths. I wanted to start tutoring as I have always found great satisfaction in helping people problem-solve, whether it is classmates or tutoring clients. I am patient and understanding of different individual skill sets and am able to orient my teaching style in such a way that it maximises your chance of success.

Regardless of what level you are at, I am capable of walking you through maths processes step-by-step at as slow or as fast a rate as you require. A typical tutoring session will last 45 minutes and will involve you telling me what particular types of maths questions you have been having difficulty with. I will not be doing the work for you, instead guiding you through the process with smaller-scale examples in order to build you up to the more complex questions.
I am currently a qualified cricket coach and straight-A Maths Methods and Specialist Mathematics student so I have experience both giving instruction and in maths. I have also received numerous distinctions in the Australian Maths Competition during my high school career and am excited to share my skills with you.
