About Kenzo
What sets me apart?
As a neurodiverse student, I had to rise above my internal adversity by building and utilizing learning strategies which ultimately paid off as seen through my achievement as my high school's valedictorian and my 3.9 university GPA. Additionally, I scored a 100 final grade in grade 12 physics and a 98 in grade 12 chemistry. My neurodiversity also gives me a unique perspective into the subjects I teach, which I can use to help simplify concepts and better serve students.

Goals and Means:
-Building a trusting and respectful environment conducive to learn (which includes mistakes!) by fostering open communication
-Better addressing the student's areas of improvement by tailoring the lessons to the unique needs of the individual
-Fostering a genuine interest in the subject being taught by including engaging and relevant topics during discussions (if welcomed by the student)
-Making lasting change in the student by imparting my own learning strategies (e.g., setting goals and growth mindset)
