About Prakhar
I am a University of Sydney student passionate about mathematics and education. Having experienced first-hand how understanding math builds confidence and problem-solving skills, I want to help students discover its beauty and practicality. Teaching allows me to share my knowledge, inspire curiosity, and make math approachable and enjoyable for school children. As a USYD student teaching math to school children, I focus on building strong conceptual foundations through interactive techniques, step-by-step explanations, and adaptive learning tailored to each student's pace. My classes follow a structured format: warm-up review, concept introduction, guided and independent practice, and recap. I stand out with my patience, focus on fundamentals, and engaging approach using real-life applications and fun activities. My goal is to make math enjoyable, build confidence, and support students in achieving academic success.
