About DIVANIE
I decided to take a teaching course as I have always had the passion to help people, but being a doctor frightens me and teaching seemed like something I could excel in. Teaching also gives me exposure to many different personalities, which can help me grow too, so that is why I think it is an amazing job. I believe each student has different strengths and weaknesses, so I would love to get to know and grow with you on this journey of trying to achieve your goal.

My name is Divanie and I am in university studying for a Bachelor in Science Education, majoring in Chemistry and Biology. I have experience teaching students aged 12, 16, and 17 years old. I personally prefer to teach by going through the syllabus first and giving the students exposure, then work on questions at many levels of difficulty. Then, I also practice exam-based questions to give them enough exposure. I prefer to do 1.5-2 hour classes for each lesson as it is a prime time length for student absorption of the lesson. I am available to teach any day, preferably in the evenings or nights, as I have classes in the morning and afternoon, so we can have a discussion on this.
