I am a USAG and Safe Sport certified instructor. I have over 25 years of experience as a gymnast, instructor and now owner at Airborne Gymnastics Club USA. I have seen many children achieve their goals, grow their skills and confidence while working with me.

About the lesson

I am an experienced Coach and owner at Airborne Gymnastics Club USA. I focus on building confidence and character through teaching the fundamentals of gymnastics. I focus on strength conditioning and flexibility and fun in order to achieve the best execution of each skill. Some of the skills I teach include handstands, cartwheels, bridge kickovers, bars, balance beam and vault skills as well
