About Fede
My name is Fede, and I am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Social Anthropology at Oxford. I graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, where I studied Comparative Literature and Economics. Before that, I completed high school in China and Indonesia.
In the future, I want my writing practice to inform my anthropological work, as I think writing is a gateway to understanding people. I also believe in the importance of creating new research methodologies, helping to make research more accessible to all.
In my free time, I really enjoy creative writing, including poetry, meditating, and hanging out with my friends in the sun.

Good writing that scores well depends on two things:
- Learning the recipe to a great essay, and
- Uncovering your own unique thoughts.
A typical class with me will look to hone those specific writing and analytical skills that examiners look for, while blending it with your own brilliant ideas (and yes, we all have them).
Practically, an hour class might include core skills or frameworks that I introduce, coupled with exercises to work through. I mix in creative exercises to help us uncover your own unique ideas.
These key skill focussed classes will fit into part of a larger plan or strategy that we will develop together to get you to your goals. Anything is possible.
I will meet you where you are. No question is too large or small and I strongly believe in cultivating a learning environment where you feel comfortable bringing your whole self.
