About Louis
I am an undergraduate student set to study my Economics BSc at UCL next year and I am looking to help those having trouble with Maths and Further Maths.
I am offering one on one sessions at a rate of £15/hour in GCSE and A Level Mathematics and Further Mathematics.
I have previously taken all of these subjects and have received:
Mathematics GCSE (9, equivalent to an A**)
Further Mathematics GCSE (A*)
Mathematics A-Level (A*)
Further Mathematics A-Level (A)

About the lesson

I will first evaluate what exactly a pupil needs; for example, one pupil may need to strengthen their view of some core concepts, another may want to fill in the gaps of their own knowledge and another may want to cover everything in the course. It's primarily up to the student how they want to work on things and I will be there to help throughout.
My method of teaching is based in letting the student think independently rather than telling them the answer whenever they may have trouble. This allows for easier recall from the student, especially in testing environments where it counts the most.
I can set homework if they wish, but this is optional.
