I am an aerospace engineering and computer science student at UNSW who achieved band 6 in both Maths X1 and X2. I've been private tutoring for a bit over half a year.

My teaching structure usually goes along the course of:
*Asking the students what they already know / find difficult about the topic.
*Teaching the key, fundamental concepts of the topic.
*Go through simple questions that test fundamental knowledge together.
*Give some medium difficulty questions for them to do by themselves so I can assess how well they're doing and what they need to improve on.
*Go through / explain the different question variations they might get and tips and tricks to master each of them.
*Go through some more challenging and unconventional questions with them.
*Finish off the lesson by asking for any final questions (question will be encouraged throughout the lesson).
*Ask for feedback on my teaching to suit their personal preference.
