About SREELEKSHMI
Hi! I’m Sreelekshmi, and I honestly just love helping students get to those "aha!" moments in Maths, Physics, and Chemistry.
I’ve always been drawn to numbers and figuring out how things work, which is what led me to complete my BSc in Physics back in Kerala before moving over to Canterbury for my Master's in Finance at the University of Kent. Diving deep into physical sciences and analytical thinking taught me something really important: nobody is "bad at STEM"—it's usually just a case of how it was explained to you the first time.
A lot of students start to dislike these subjects because textbooks love using complicated jargon and skipping steps. I prefer a totally different vibe in our lessons. I aim to keep things relaxed, patient, and completely free of judgement so you can feel comfortable asking literally anything—no matter how small. We take those tricky formulae and abstract theories, break them down, and build them back up using everyday examples that actually make sense.

What Lessons Are Actually Like with Me
I don’t believe in dry lectures or asking you to memorise endless formulae without context. STEM subjects can feel overwhelming when they're presented as just a wall of numbers and abstract rules, so my goal is to make everything feel logical, approachable, and actually satisfying to solve.
Here is how we’ll tackle your subjects together:
Breaking Things Down Until They Just Click
Connecting the Dots: We’ll pull apart tricky concepts in Physics, Chemistry, and Algebra and look at what’s really going on behind the scenes using real-life examples and clean visual breakdowns.
Understanding the "Why": Anyone can plug numbers into a formula, but true confidence comes from understanding why that formula works in the first place. Once that clicks, you won't need to memorise nearly as much.
Working Through Problems Side-by-Side
Finding Your Stumbling Blocks: We’ll walk through questions together step-by-step. Whenever you get stuck, we’ll pause, figure out where the hiccup is, and build a strategy to smooth it out.
Spotting Patterns: Exams love to reuse specific problem structures. I’ll teach you how to recognise these patterns quickly so you know exactly which tool to pull out of your toolbox when test day comes.
A Pace That Suits You
Zero Judgement, Total Patience: Every student learns differently. If we need to spend extra time on quadratic equations or chemical stoichiometry, that’s fine. If you grasp a topic quickly, we’ll move right along.
Building Real Confidence: We'll wrap up topics with practical practice questions so you can see your own progress week by week, leaving you calm and prepared for your exams.
