I am a postgraduate in Computer Science and Software Engineering with a degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering. As an accomplished Senior Project and Delivery Manager in the Banking and Insurance sectors, I bring exceptional leadership and management skills. I am professionally qualified to teach Mathematics and Science from 5th grade to A-level, ensuring a confident and structured learning experience for my students.

My approach to Tutoring is given below: • Firstly, I will assess the students’ needs and understand their strengths and areas for improvement. Based on this assessment, I will personalise lessons based on individual learning styles and pace. I will establish specific, achievable objectives for each session. • I will use interactive techniques to keep students engaged. I will encourage questions, discussions, and problem-solving activities. I will also offer timely and specific feedback to help students improve. • I will try to create a supportive and friendly environment. An important point to note is to be patient, approachable, and encouraging. My teaching methodologies are given below: • Interactive Learning • Tailor teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs. • Use a variety of resource styles • Break down complex concepts into smaller to explain the student. • Provide support and gradually reduce it as students become more proficient. • Encourage students to ask questions and explore topics in-depth. • Guide them to discover answers through research and experimentation. Lesson Length: • For Younger Students (5th to 8th Grade): • Keep lessons between 45 minutes to 1 hour. • Include short breaks or varied activities to maintain attention. • For Older Students (9th Grade to A-Level): • Lessons can be 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on the complexity of the subject matter. • Ensure a mix of instruction, practice, and review to keep students engaged.
